- Change of managers

- Transfer of shares
In order to achieve these statutory changes, our firm takes all of the following steps:
- Drafting of legal acts
- Tax registration of legal acts
- Filing with the tax authorities
- Filing with the commercial court
- Modification at the CNSS level
- Publication of the legal notice
- Publication in the Official Bulletin
